Arrival Time: Vendors are expected to setup between the times of 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM.

Parking: Each vendor will be provided with two (2) parking vouchers to park inside the Outlet Shoppes parking garage.

Booth: You will be provided with one 6 ft-table, 2 chairs and a black tablecloth. If your booth is NOT being set by 10:30 AM, your table will be removed and no refund will be issued.

Display: Ensure that your booth is clean, attractive, and representative of your brand.

Signage: Clearly display your business name, prices, and any relevant information for customers.

Product Placement: Arrange your products in an organized and visually appealing manner to attract customers.

End Time: The market ends promptly at the designated closing time. Please begin breakdown only after the market has officially closed.

Cleanup: Leave your booth area clean and free of debris. Dispose of any trash in designated bins provided at the market.

Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and engage with them in a friendly manner. Be knowledgeable about your products and willing to answer any questions.

Respect Fellow Vendors: Be respectful of your fellow vendors and their spaces. Avoid encroaching on neighboring booths or blocking walkways.

Sampling: If offering samples, ensure that they are prepared and served safely and hygienically. Follow local health regulations regarding food handling.

Adherence to Regulations: Comply with all local health, safety, and licensing regulations applicable to your products and business operations.
